Pronck is a Leiden brewery with its own boilers, which brew their quirky beer in the old switching plant on the Langegracht in Leiden. They brew 5000 liters per month and have a nice permanent collection, as well as changing beers in collaboration with other brewers or with Leiden events.

Weihenstehpaner Vitus
Weihenstephaner Vitus is one of the youngest beers from the Weihenstephaner stable. Since its introduction in 2007, this Weizenbock has turned out to be a bull's eye. Prize after prize was won and beer lovers walked away with this beer. Not surprising, because this balanced beer is full of fruity aromas and notes of roasted malt, such as caramel.

Leiden Good Mie Gin Tonic
Good Mie was a familiar face in the poor neighborhoods of Leiden. She looked after the sick, looks after children and comes in everywhere with a pot of soup. What people didn't know, however, was that Good Mie was a poisoner. She has poisoned more than 100 people with arsenic.
This Leiden gin is based on this story. A lovely fresh, floral and slightly spicy gin, but without arsenic. In this cocktail combined with tonic, lemon, juniper berries and blackberry.
