This producer only makes wines from Piedmont that meet the DOC or DOCG requirements. The winery is located in Barolo, in the heart of the Langhe area. Then there is a short aging in the bottle to improve the structure and bouquet. The name Morning Fog refers to the fog that forms in San Francisco Bay. The wine is golden yellow in color and has aromas of red apple, vanilla and wood tones. The taste is reminiscent of apple, toasted bread, butter and subtle wood.

As a result, less sulfite needs to be added. Plan de Dieu is one of the 17 Cote du Rhône Villages that have acquired its own status. The Gago G is made from 100% tinta de toro; a variant of the tempranillo grape with more spiciness. It has notes of ripe cherries, earth, leather and something smoky with a long soft finish of cherries and vanilla.

This malbec is made with hand-picked grapes from 2 different areas: El Manzano and Los Chacayes. The wine is made with natural yeasts found on the grapes in the vineyard. The fermentation takes place at relatively low temperatures to keep it slow and controlled. It has aromas of fresh red fruit and candied cherries. In the background you will also find notes of coffee and cocoa. The wine has a lot more depth than the first step on our Malbec ladder and delivers an extremely good price-quality ratio

The highest step on this Malbec ladder. The grapes are picked by hand and only from the best vineyards in Valle de Uco in Mendoza. Half of the wine is matured in concrete tanks, while the other half is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Only 20,500 bottles are made per year. The wine has notes of violets, wild berries and herbs, combined with notes of oak and a long aftertaste.
